Excavators, loaders, aerial platforms, agricultural and industrial equipment each demand different flow, pressure and interface specs. Here is the reasoning behind every selection.

Main multiway valves require working pressure of 35 MPa and flow around 250 L/min. Manifold blocks are machined to REXROTH interface dimensions and can directly replace the original spools, with pilot pressure of 2.5–4 MPa.

Boom and bucket circuits see heavy shock loading, so piston-type variable pumps are paired with relief valve groups. Manifold strength is verified at 30 MPa continuous and 42 MPa peak, and pilot joysticks can be combined with multiway valves for joint operation.

Hoisting and luffing circuits require smooth, low-noise motion. Multiway valves with hydraulic or electrohydraulic proportional control are used, pump sets are sized for temperature rise over 8 hours of continuous operation, and accumulators absorb shock.

Tractor three-point hitch and mower/implement circuits run at low pressure with steady flow. Multiway valves are mostly threaded or flange-mounted cartridge types, working at 16–25 MPa, and may be used with manual and electronic controls in combination.

Injection molding machines, presses and test rigs demand continuous oil supply and stable pressure. Axial piston variable pumps are paired with accumulators and a cooling circuit, and hydraulic cylinders built to ISO 6020 mounting dimensions fit European production lines easily.

European and South American distributors typically keep directional valves, piston pumps and cylinder assemblies in stock. Pressure ratings and interface dimensions are matched to REXROTH models, and 7-day sample lead time allows prototype validation before volume orders.
